Please submit a refund request on Amazon. Once you submit it, a prepaid return label will be issued. We only accept the return of products that are in an unassembled condition.
Also, please keep the packaging for 30-days because returns that are not inside their original packaging will be void.
Here are the steps to follow.
- Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders.
- Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.
- Select the item you want to return, and select an option from the reason for return menu.
- Choose how to process your return.
- Select your preferred return method.
Once you create the request, Amazon will automatically issue a prepaid return label for you.
- Please put the chair parts back into the original box.
- Print out the return label and attach it to the shipping box.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it first and complete your request for a refund.
It might take about a few days to until you receive the refund amount in full.
