You need to have the original shipping box to receive a full refund on your order.
If you have already thrown it away, please contact us regarding it before you send out the alternative shipping box.
Also, please refer to the size chart below and get an alternative box as UPS doesn't provide one.
Please be noted that about 20% to 50% of the restocking fee can be applied.
** We don't treat multiple split boxes for the returned items. They need to be fully disassembled and put back into the original shipping box to return.
